Global Service Delivery Manager - Dublin - 12 months

Global retail client needs a service delivery manager for a long term project in Dublin. It is based on site, remote options are available due to covid

The Service Delivery Manager will be required to work with customer accounts, ensuring the service delivered is in line with the agreed scope of work and to encourage best practice service delivery. They will be responsible for communicating and interfacing with the delivery team members, partner and end-user where required, to ensure that best practice systems and processes are used and that an ethos of continuous improvement is developed across the teams to deliver better quality services to partners/customers.
They will act as the first point of escalation for all delivery matters for associated contracts and escalate and report on incidents, problems, and escalations as necessary. They will work collaboratively with various internal teams to deliver high standards to customers.
To be successful in this role you will hold experience working in a multi-customer environment with strong customer facing skills including commercial P&L experience. You will hold strong resource management and asset management with experience of business continuity planning. The candidate will have strong leadership skills to ensure that a team ethos is development with a culture of continuous improvement. They will have a positive and can-do attitude with the ability to motivate and encourage teams whilst being able to use patience and diplomacy. The role holder will have the ability to work under pressure and to maintain a professional approach irrespective of the difficulties.
