One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for an Asset Management Technical Engineer (ServiceNow, Jira).
For this role you can initially work remotely, but once the COVID restrictions are lifted you will then need to be based onsite in Stockholm, Sweden

Work tasks
For our current PoS HW we have outsourced asset management. We therefore need to start with understanding the need of our stakeholders and then work with Business Tech WoW Team for Asset Management to implement Asset Management for new PoS HW. The asset management process should be well understood by the whole product team as well as our Regional Product Leads.
We use Service Now as the tool. We as product team as well as our stakeholders should have all relevant reports and dashboards set up. In addition, it is important with continual knowledge transfer so team, Regional Product Leads and stakeholders to make the needed adjustments for individual needs.
Main work task is to implement asset management for new PoS HW and gradually transfer the knowledge to the Product Team, Regional Product Leads and stakeholders. The asset management should meet the need from our stakeholders, be line with the guidelines from the customer WoW Team for asset management and implemented in production.

- Experience from working in a Product structure organization in a large company
- Service Now
- Jira
Qualifying requirements:
- Scrum Master
- Customer feedback methods
Language skills
- English
