Bench IT require a number of Helpdesk Analyst to join a global organisation based in Tunbridge Wells to provide IT support to their users.
The successful candidate should have previous experience provide technical support, excellent communication skills and the skills and experience included below:
- Windows 7/10
- Active Directory
- Office 365
- Use of ticketing systems
- Mobile devices
- Excellent written & verbal communication
