Business Analyst
Based Remotely - Will visit Swindon office regularly
Up to £425 per day - 6-month engagement
Due to embarking on a major CRM transformation programme, my client is looking for a well-established Business Analyst to join them on a contract basis, to contribute to the delivery of the vision by working closely with departments and functions, helping them to map and analyse their operations processes, tuning processes that may be insufficient or implemented based on Legacy technology or governance. Also, the successful Business Analyst will facilitate the gathering of full and accurate analysis of business requirements that effectively support delivery of appropriate IT solutions.
As an experienced Business Analyst, have you:
- Well-developed analytical and numerical skills?
- The ability to cultivate and maintain strong working relationships across teams, internal and external, including influencing and negotiating where required?
- Able to bring innovative ideas to deliver real gains in efficiency and effectiveness?
- Tenacity and stamina?
- Industry standard accreditation in business analysis eg ISEB CBAP/CCBA? Experience of business processes, products and technologies used in Retail and/or Travel and Tourism Industry, for example EPoS and Advanced Ticketing?
- Experience of business processes, products and technologies used in Retail and/or Travel and Tourism Industry, for example EPoS and Advanced Ticketing.
- Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent process engineering skills?

As part of a massive programme of change for my client, the successful Business Analyst will be an integral part of the team for at least the next 6 months. Ideally, you will be ready to start as soon as possible!
