Key to this success is their expertise in E-commerce and we are currently looking for an exceptional Lead E-commerce Consultant to join the project team on an exciting B2B E-commerce project.
As the E-commerce Functional Lead you will have a passion for technology with a depth understanding that allows you to maximize the business value gained by customers using solutions that you help to build.
You will be involved in Functional design and delivery of the E-commerce Solution, including the functional design, as part of a large technology delivery team, in their mission to drive competitive advantage for the customer.
Experience and Skills required:
*Lead the functional aspects of a large scale digital transformation programme
*Extensive experience of digital transformation within the manufacturing sector
*Extensive experience as a Business Consultant/Functional Lead
*Good functional knowledge and deep understanding of E-commerce (including B2B & B2C), Omni-channel Retailing and Order Management
*Experience and understanding of different digital areas including CRM, Content Management Systems, Digital asset management systems, Ecommerce products, PIM, BI/Web analytics, Price/Payment/Loyalty Management Systems, Customer Service Center, Search Engines etc.
*Working knowledge of commerce platforms such as SAP Hybris/IBM Commerce/Magento/is an added advantage
*Experience of defining the roadmap and grouping complex requirements across different systems
*Investigating and analysing business situations and business needs.
*Ability to own and manage business & system requirements for projects and adept in process mapping, user stories, UML diagrams, interface documentation and traceability Matrix and process change management
*Experience of leading a team of business analysts and functional consultants and reviewing their outputs to ensure that best practices are followed
*Line managing either Associate Business Analysts and/or BAs working to them on a single complex project
*Extensive experience of working in Technology projects with near and off-shore teams
*Previous consultancy experience
