I am looking for a Business Analyst to work for a World leading Health Insurance organisation located on Glasgow for a 6 month contract.
You will be an experienced BA with strong skills in Business Analysis, Change Control, Business Requirements, Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Business Readiness, Testing, Data and Agile.
The primary focus of this role will be to work with stakeholders across a breadth of business and change management functions to conduct gap analysis, options analysis, analyse and document requirements, process design, communications, training, business readiness and to plan and co-ordinate the overall successful implementation of projects in line with the project charters.
Experience:
- Proven track record as a successful Business Analyst
- Knowledge and application of Business Analysis techniques such as process modelling, root cause analysis, use case models, change control and traceability management
- Experience in managing Business Readiness
- Ability to demonstrate a robust analytical approach to complex requirements including translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Experience in the creation of test/UAT scripts and leading execution of all testing activities
- Knowledge of the full project life cycle methodology
- Knowledge of GDPR and Data Governance Principals
- Strong stakeholder relationship and communication skills
- Strong data analysis skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and understanding of delivering Business & Change Management Programmes in an Agile framework would be beneficial
