Description
Harvey Nash's public sector client is currently looking to recruit an Assurance Coordinator. This role is an initial six month contract, it will be remote until restrictions are lifted then can be based in either the clients Edinburgh or Glasgow office. You will be responsible for leading, supporting and co-ordinating assurance activities as required in accordance with the Technology Assurance Framework.
This role has been deemed inside IR35 regulations by the client, therefore the use of an Umbrella company is required. The rate on offer is £255/day. Applicants must hold, or have already applied for, a valid Basic Disclosure Scotland.
Main Duties:
- Take responsibility for the upkeep of team logs to ensure actions, recommendations and intelligence are accurate and up to date.
- Maintaining guidance, processes, templates and relevant materials to support colleagues through assurance activities.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders to identify and progress assurance activity.
- Effective regular engagement with colleagues across the programme to gather intelligence on current and future work streams, obtain relevant updates, identify areas of potential risk and consider assurance implications.
- Make informed, objective and proportionate recommendations on assurance requirements for work streams/projects across the programme.
