Our client is one the UK's leading Logistics organisations and has a strong presence across the country, where they have played a part in supporting the world we know around us with both Retail and Logistics services. An institutional brand who are the essence of development and change, who have been evolving as a business for over 200 years.

As businesses adapt and change, there comes a welcome place for an individual to both lead the change requests and drive the company standards forwards.

We are looking for a seasoned Change Lead to work with our client, to join them at a pivotal time to continue momentum within one of their most inspiring programmes of work yet.

This opportunity will see you working from home currently, but as the pandemic restrictions begin to lift you will be required to visit our clients Head Office site, in central London.

This opportunity will see you working across one of the largest Business and Culture Change roles known to date with our client. As the Business Change and Communications Lead, you'll work across a large, high profile project. Joining at a time where initial plans have been created and momentum has begun to take place, this is where you'll step in as Change Lead and drive forward the Operational and Cultural Change for our client, at a time where traction is beginning to take place.

In this contract, we are looking for someone who is able bring value and experience to the Culture Transformation Project. You'll be able to design new ways of working which our client is looking to launch soon, where you'll lead across a high dependency programme of work that sits closely to the Head of HR and company CEO.

Additional Information:

  • You will be involved in Stakeholder Management at all levels.
  • Involved in high level strategy but need to be hands on.
  • Part of a workstream that will provide depth and development to understand the involvement of wider business divisions and their impact in the company as a whole.
  • Working on agreeing a plan.
  • Creating groups sessions, providing guidance and materials to the business.
  • Creating email communications.
  • Proofing and creating slideware.
  • Working with wider business groups to understand and develop a deeper integration with all business units.
  • Involvement in the detail of the project, you'll be able to roll up your sleeves and work at a high level, yet closely with operational departments.

Soft Skills:

  • This role will benefit from an individual who is proactive and can coordinate in Real Time.
  • You'll be working with the Project Management team to support messages going to a variety of audiences and should be confident working with a wide range of representatives.
  • Be confident in taking the lead on the project of work.
  • You should be highly organised; in this contract you'll be managing attendees for focus groups and training sessions.
  • Work closely with Project Management teams to support communications with other audiences.
  • Lead the business change project.
