Senior Product Manager - 6 months initial - Inside IR35
Our Glasgow based client has a new opportunity for a Senior Product Manager for an initial 6 months, however, there is the possibility it will extend for a further 18 months.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience as a Product Manager, Senior Product Manager or Head of Product, ideally within a Scottish public sector organisation or consultancy environment, along with;
- Expert knowledge of the Digital First Service Standard (Digital Scotland Service Standard) and the Scottish Approach to Service Design or similar.
- Experience of public sector transformation both digital and non-digital.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with an ability to work with users to define and understand their needs and to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to get buy-in and deliver successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to collate, organise, analyse and use information to plan and deliver services, products and technology improvements, including experience of presenting complex information, in writing and verbally, to staff and senior leaders.
- Ability to manage and visualise outcomes and prioritise work plans
