Description
My Client based in London is currently looking for up to 6 IT Support Engineer's with a first line background to join and become productive in an on site environment. The person will be responsible for maintaining the communication channels with the customer and the IT department and providing the first point of contact for technology issues and requests incidents, along with providing first line support which includes troubleshooting and resolving issues within their remit.
Please note some Saturday shifts may be required which will include a higher pay rate.
