Description
Harvey Nash's public sector client is currently looking to recruit a Senior Product Owner to join their team for an initial six months. The role will be remote until restrictions are lifted, then can be based in either the clients Glasgow or Livingston office. Experience as a Product Manager, Senior Product Manager or Head of Product, ideally within a Scottish public sector organisation or consultancy environment is essential for this role.
Essential Skills:
- Experience of public sector transformation both digital and non-digital.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with an ability to work with users to define and understand their needs and to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to get buy-in and deliver successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to collate, organise, analyse and use information to plan and deliver services, products and technology improvements, including experience of presenting complex information, in writing and verbally, to staff and senior leaders.
- Ability to manage and visualise outcomes and prioritise work plans
