Data Lineage Specialist
One of our globally leading clients is implementing a data lineage solution for the Financial Basis System (FBS). This solution is being configured and tested and needs further technical and functional implementation roll out. Furthermore, collaboration with Credit Risk is required to align on deliverables and determine additional next steps.
The ideal Data Lineage Specialist will have the following responsibilities:
- Plan of approach, aligned with various stakeholders from a data lineage content point of view, for the roll out of data lineage solution at accounting main bank
- Contributing to the overall plan of approach and alignment
- Contributing to the implementation process mainly from a content point of view
- Design and documentation of required processes including roles and responsibilities for Data Lineage
- Documenting the data lineage solution up to AAB standards
- Documenting business data lineage as required and agreed upon for the corresponding scope
- Ad hoc activities related to data lineage within accounting and IT
- Quality assurance for the accounting data lineage solution
In your role as Business Developer Data Lineage, you will have responsibilities within the VPT, mainly consisting of:
- co-developing a plan of approach for the further roll out of Data Lineage for FBS accounting
- alignment with Accounting, Credit Risk, and IT (CADM) on the plan of approach from a data lineage content point of view
- developing & implementing processes for data lineage operations within accounting and IT
- developing & implementing the RACI's required to implement these processes
- alignment on data lineage on functional content with accounting and credit risk
- documenting the Data Lineage solution from a functional point of view
- documenting required business data lineage overlay
- quality assurance of Data Lineage solution within agreed scoping
