Kotlin Developer - Broadcast Media/Streaming
- OUTSIDE IR35 contract
- Initial 9 month contract
- Video Streaming/OTT/VOD/Sport all highly desirable for this role

We currently have a Java Developer role available for a global Media Broadcast company - designing highly engaging visuals for product development.

Required Skills
- Excellent Kotlin (Java desirable).
- SpringBoot.
- Software versioning (Git, Gitlab, or similar)
- SQL databases (Postgres ideally)
- Docker
- IP Video Delivery: RTMP, SRT, CMAF, HLS, DASH, WebRTC, Securing streams
- Push-based architectures (reactive streams, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- Design and Development of Complex Distributed Real Time Systems
- Microservices
- Service Oriented Architecture
- Concurrent Processing and Multi-Threading
Desirable Skills
- Spring Batch
- Snowflake
- PowerBI
- Wowza Cloud API and Wowza Engine
- Knowledge of Cloud Architecture in AWS
- Kubernetes (Flux, Helm).
- GraphQL.
- C++
