Desktop Support Engineer (Windows & Citrix), £ per day
Remote Working, 3 months rolling
Bench IT require a Desktop Support Engineer to join a global organisation working remotely to assist in troubleshooting and route cause analysis of desktop support issues focussing on Windows & Citrix environments.
The successful candidate should have previous experience providing technical support, excellent communication and the skills and experience included below:
- Windows 7/10
- Active Directory
- Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop
- Office 365
- Appsense is desirable
- Use of ticketing systems
- Excellent written & verbal communication
