Ihre Aufgaben:
- We are seeking an IT Infrastructure, desktop Systems specialist.
- Desktop Systems specialist will provides day to day support to employees.
- Day to day support will include network, desktop, software, hardware troubleshooting and hands on activities.
- You must have prior experience in installation and configuration of Microsoft Windows desktops, Linux workstations, Microsoft servers and troubleshooting network issues in a heterogeneous environment.
- Responsibilities will include maintains data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment.
- You must be able to communicate highly technical information to users and partners at all levels.
- Ideal candidate must demonstrate ability to successfully develop, coordinate and manage IT and Infrastructure projects and conduct training programs designed to educate an organization’s computer users about basic and specialized applications.
- The primary responsibilities are:
- Day-to-day technical windows desktop support of employees.
- IT Infrastructure Project Manager for Germany.
- Infrastructure Escalation point for Germany (Helpdesk, EUC, Network, Hosting)
- Accountable for all Germany daily operations of trouble tickets, incidents and projects using formal change management and incident tracking system.
- Consult in any Facilities Management Project (i.e. office space re-organization)
- Hands on support for remote network
Ihre Qualifikation
- You must have a a practical experienceof Infrastructure Technology with a experience in Windows desktop support, and 1 year in Project management.
- Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
- Strong knowledge of Windows is required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft EUC technologies (I.e SMS, Exchange)
- Knowledge of Linux and Unix environment and support.
