Install and Setup of Automic Application according the defined guidelines with different types of agents.? Specialized in issue fixing like transport, LDAP Sync, License, unknown job failure issues, Agent down issues, etc.
? Install different type agents like, Unix, Windows, Web Services, Informatica, RA agents etc.
? Software Release and Patch Management according the guidelines of Software Provider and customer requirements.
? Define, develop, implement Automic 11.2 batch process according the customer monitoring and alarming requirements.
? Develop and propose new batch-flow, time-tables and process to avoid/solve performance and resources problems.
? Redesign of batch processing, go-live support of new releases, transport new jobs from TEST to PROD system
? Modify, add, and delete jobs in Automic scheduling package
? Install and Setup of UC4/Automic Application according the defined guidelines.
? UC4/Automic Customization according the predefined requirements
? Redesign of batch processing, go-live support of new releases, transport new jobs from TEST to PROD system
? Responsible for standards, naming conventions, client concept, alarming concept, scripting, centralized includes.
? Monitoring and problem analysis and management of UC4/Automic batch-jobs
