1st Line Support Analyst - 6 Month Day Rate Contract
We are currently partnering with a not-for-profit client who are looking a 1st Line Support Analyst to join their team on an initial 6-month contract to support the helpdesk team during a period of increased demand.
You will be responsible for taking calls, logging tickets and troubleshooting issues around Windows OS, networking, telephony, MS Office/Office 365 and IT hardware.

IR35 Status: Inside
Location: South East London
Start Date: ASAP (applicants must be available within 1 week)
Rate: £100 - £120 per day
