Ihre Aufgaben:
- Using broad and in-depth product knowledge provide and facilitate the responsive delivery of technical solutions and information to major customers;
- Provide solutions to complex problems that satisfy our mainly German speaking customer base. This involves dealing with difficult situations including complaint handling, sensitive customers and mission critical support;
- Build customer and partner loyalty through customer orientation, responsiveness and accountability;
- Work in an international environment and collaborate with your team to provide high-level support;
Ihre Qualifikation
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PPT, Setup/Deployment)
- Strong knowledge of Office Programming skills e.g. VBA (C#; ASP.NET or other programming background would be a beneficial extra qualification)
- Strong to good knowledge of operating system software Windows 2000/XP
- Good knowledge of Database "know How": MS Access, MS SQL
- Good knowledge of Web Server (IIS6) and of the HTTP/HTML, Scripting with VB, Java
- Microsoft certification (MCDST/MCSE/MCSD, other key IT certificates) is an advantage
- Strong working knowledge of English (verbal and written) it's a must
- Communication skills in international environment
- Willingness to improve technical skills and language skills

- Troubleshooting skills
- Use trace analysis, Visual Studio and WinDbg debugger, Logger tracer, MSDT, AutoDump+ and other sophisticated debugging tools to analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer need
