Description
The M365 SME is responsible for the daily operation of a number of key technologies and services within ITID Client Services on the newly established Collaboration Platform.
The jobholder will facilitate the delivery of high quality services to end users across all countries and regions, looking after a number of cloud-based technologies with primary focus on Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365).
The M365 SME will be responsible for:
*Global Cloud Policies
Working as part of a Global Team of highly skilled SMEs with presence in our main Technology Centres that are responsible for the delivery, maintenance and management of Global Policies that enable the secure utilization of all products and services on the Microsoft 365 Environment.
*Microsoft 365 Operations
Daily management of the Microsoft 365 platform as part of a Global Fulfilment team that will have responsibility of this technology across all countries and regions where HSBC operates.
*Quality Assurance
Defining and implementing Service Management and Quality assurance standards for the products that are in scope for this role, striving to achieve technical excellence and deliver outstanding customer service (eg MS Teams, Office)
*Innovation
Help design, test and implement new functionality such as Teams Audio/Video, Calling plans, Cloud PBX, etc. Working with our partners including Microsoft.
Relevant experience
*Azure DevOps automation with Terraform
*Compliance centre and E-discovery
*M365 cloud monitoring tools
*General knowledge of PowerShell
*General knowledge of Visual Basic
*Experienced troubleshooter within AzureAD.
*Technical understanding of MS Apps for Enterprise in terms of support and migrations.
*Significant Teams 3rd line support experience from an enterprise organization (MS Teams Admin Centre).
