Windows 10 Build Imaging Engineer (SCCM)
Our client, a global supplier for IT services, requires experienced Windows 10 Build Engineers to join their Infrastructure team immediately onsite in their clients' offices in Hove. This is a temporary contract to start immediately.
Morning shift 6.00am till 2.00pm & Afternoon shift 2.30pm till 10.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the build/imaging of physical windows 10 desktop PCs and Laptops
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365 and any other authorised desktop application directly or via SCCM
- Provide post migration technical support
- Supporting Windows 10 Operating system issues
- Resolve Windows 10 issues generated via support ticket management system
Key Skills/Knowledge:
- Responsible for the build/imaging of physical windows 10 desktop PCs and Laptop
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365 and any other authorised desktop application directly or via SCCM
- Basic Knowledge on Appsense tools, VPN (ZScalar/NetScaler) solutions
- Provide post migration technical support
- Experienced is supporting Windows 10/Windows 7 Operating system issues
- Resolve Windows 10 issues generated via Support ticket management system
- 3+ year of experience in Windows Builds
- Experience in handling WIN10 migration will be desirable
- Good problem-solving ability
