Description
Our client are hiring a Technical Support Engineer role, who will sit within the EPOS Tills team.
Experience needed:
- 4+ years in IT Support & IT troubleshooting
- Networking
- Comfortable with Windows systems
- Configuration & Testing experience
- Scripting in Powershell and/or Bash to automate deployments
Nice to have:
- Experience in the Hospitality industry
- Worked on POS systems such as ALOHA or similar (Retail-J, Paytronix etc)
- Understanding of APIs
Responsibility:
- Optimisation.
- Configuration
- Going through Logs
- Troubleshooting & triage
- Support Engineering
- Automating where possible to simply processes
