Description

Our client are hiring a Technical Support Engineer role, who will sit within the EPOS Tills team.

Experience needed:

  • 4+ years in IT Support & IT troubleshooting
  • Networking
  • Comfortable with Windows systems
  • Configuration & Testing experience
  • Scripting in Powershell and/or Bash to automate deployments

Nice to have:

  • Experience in the Hospitality industry
  • Worked on POS systems such as ALOHA or similar (Retail-J, Paytronix etc)
  • Understanding of APIs

Responsibility:

  • Optimisation.
  • Configuration
  • Going through Logs
  • Troubleshooting & triage
  • Support Engineering
  • Automating where possible to simply processes
