We are looking for a Project Manager with Tech Delivery skills who can be part of our clients Digital Transformation programme to lead a collection of programmes with client stakeholders (business stakeholders, Digital product owners, Digital Development and CTIO Teams) to be the Project Manager/Technical Delivery lead.
You will be responsible for a team of 3x onshore and 5 x offshore FTEs along with client teams
- Ability to lead teams, projects and be responsible for budget
- Understand life cycle of delivering projects, how to communicate with people at all levels
- Strong commercial understanding of client requirements
- Experience with scaled delivery with project planning, dependency management, driving throughput, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience of leading and working in a team with a DevOps culture surrounded by lean/agile delivery methodologies
- Lead from the front mentality, with a keen eye for team development fostering a collaborative atmosphere
