Hands on Delivery Lead (React Native)
Job type: Contract, full time
Rate: £650 (outside IR35)
Location: Fully remote
Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extensions
I am looking for an experienced Development Delivery Lead who has excellent understanding of React Native framework to join a media company at the forefront of technology. In this role, you will be expected to have a proven track record of delivering applications and possess excellent written and communication skills. While your focus will be to help build applications and services for clients using innovative technologies, you'll also contribute your skills constructively as the lead of an agile, cross-functional team throughout the product delivery cycle.
Key requirements include:
* Project/Delivery Lead experience - coordinating with delivery partners, managing stakeholders/clients and supporting project management
* Excellent understanding of JavaScript and frameworks including React Native (with proficiency in either Swift/Objective-c or Java/Kotlin)
* Experience working with TypeScript
* Experience of mobile app development
* Experience of leading an agile development team and good understanding of the principles of Agile/Lean working practices and frameworks
* An eye for detail - you anticipate issues and work to quickly resolve them prior to delivery
* An interest in sports would also be desirable, but not essential.
