Project Manager | SC Cleared | Umbrella Only
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an SC Cleared Project Manager to join our customer on an initial 3 month contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Ability to Own, Run and Manager Project budgets working closely with Business Owner (up to £2m)
- Extensive experience in Identifying and managing key stakeholders
- Responsible for the definition of the project, creating: Project Definitions, governance, control documents etc.
- Provides End-to-End project management; effectively managing and controlling change, quality and configuration
- Maintains and complies with KPIs for project delivery and efficiency (EVM, CPI/SPI, timely reporting, etc.)
- Operates effective project controls employing effective Risk, Issue and Dependency management
- Must have experience in leading and managing a virtual project team
- Operate Project continuous improvement via Lessons Learnt and post-implementation review mechanisms
- Awareness of security concepts relevant to the Central Government domain.
- Government Process experience, including the GDS Standard and Code of Practice.
- Ideal be:PRINCE 2 Certified, APMP and a Certified Scrum Master (for Agile projects)
