Leading Investment Bank requires a Pod lead/Scrum Master. A technical lead who can act as a development manager, run scrum's and drive the Agile development process. Leading a team of Ba's & developers (Java & ReactJS). The department this role is within work on a range of digital, data and analytics solutions and has embraced Agile and DevOps as the mechanism to deliver business capability frequently into production. They use a range of technical skills to build and support these application including Big Data, QlikSense, Microservices, Enterprise Java and web development using HTML5/AngularJS. Candidates must have banking experience and a track record as a tech/development lead Scrum Master. The projects they work on range from CRM solutions focussed on improving customer experience, tools for reviewing & managing client profitability including review & approval of new business along with sophisticated analytical tools used for portfolio analysis.
