SENIOR TEST MANAGER - PROGRAMME TEST MANAGER ISTQB - ISEB certification advantageous
London, circa £++/day dependent on experience
Clarity Resourcing is seeking an experienced Senior Test Manager - Programme Test Manager with the gravitas, influencing skills & experience to drive this senior role within our client's high-profile programme. Day rate will vary depending on experience and strengths.
This is a senior role within the programme and requires strong communications skills to liaise with the test team leads, senior managers and project sponsors. You define the test strategy, identify necessary tools, produce a detailed deliverable test plan.
The successful candidate will have a consultative approach, be able to manage test team leaders, resources and have experience of managing budgets, maintaining scope, milestones, goals & agreeing deliverables. Manage functional & non-functional testing across projects & workstreams and develop & manage the programme test plan. You'll likely be ISTQB, ISEB or CMST certified. CSM Certified Would be advantageous. Experienced in various project methodologies - waterfall, agile, etc -although Agile is the adopted approach for this programme.
You'll provide direction for teams, define standards, documentation and support project sprints/stand-ups, etc. Certified scrum master advantageous. Financial services experience highly advantageous as would experience of data-centric systems and Cloud.
You'll be a naturally determined problem-solver and you'll need first-class written & verbal communications skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
