Performance Manager-Inside IR35-Remote/Onsite
Our client based in Essex are recruiting a Performance Manager-Inside IR35-Remote/Onsite.
Operational Performance manager is required to support with performance & planning for recovery from Covid.
Advanced Excel experience is essential.
-Analysing data that you have collated and entering this into Excel in order to display/present the data in an easily understandable format
-Provision of project management and managerial leadership support on projects as requested
-Provide clear and regular feedback on the progress of performance improvement and development initiatives/projects to relevant managers, and those involved in the projects.
-Collate accurate planning information, forecasts and trajectories, displaying in easily understandable formats enabling performance monitoring against targets
-Advanced Excel & data skills Write concise, accurate, clear and insightful performance reports to support performance
-Plan, facilitate and lead as appropriate, preparatory meetings, events, workshops and project meetings
-Support the development, motivation and inspiration of staff
