I'm looking for an experienced Operations Engineer to join a finance enterprise company here in The Netherlands! Are you looking for a challenge? Let's connect!
You will be working as a developer and production supporter. The team is responsible for running and changing the global applications, few examples of applications we develop, and support are: Murex, Calypso, Arts. A mix of packages and in-house developed applications in different stages of their life cycle.
Responsibilities:
- You will be mainly responsible for the development and maintenance of systems like: Murex, Calypso.
- Besides that, you will be in a support pool with colleagues to also deliver support for the other systems.
Requirements:
- Experience with supporting software applications for at least 5 years
- Great analytical skills
- Familiar with the Agile/DevOps concept of working
- Development skills around Sybase SQL, Shell Scripting (both UNIX and Linux) and FOCUS reporting
- Knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Server environments/services, AzureDevOps
- Proven knowledge of Continuous Delivery and Flexibility in learning new development technologies
