Description
Location: Fully remote. However, must be able to commit to occasionally working APAC/Indian Hours (GMT +5 hours - 10 hours)
Industry: Telecommunications
Experience/responsibilities required:
- 3+ years in Service Architecture
- ITIL qualified
- Experience reviewing contractual documentation
- High Level Technical Design & High Level Service Design to gain an understanding of the scope of services and SLAs
- Gaining an understanding of the Customer' and associated challenges with the new services to be provided, the expected operating model & to tease out the detailed information to be documented, not only to provide a view of the what and how but also the why .
- Data Protection Design
- Management Systems Design
- Technical Services Design
- Cover any new APAC deals which require high level service design/service model presales
