- Based in Leeds (flexible WFH options)
- 6-month Contract OUTSIDE IR35
The Description
Fruition IT are partnering with a market leading organisation and company that truly sells itself. Due to a new project, they're now looking to hire an experienced Automation Test Engineer. Ideally, you'll love Software Testing and everything around it. This is an opportunity to work with a range of diverse technologies across the business. How will you be spending your time?
You will help to improve quality and delivery of value in whatever form that takes meaning you will need to have a strong understanding of all aspects of testing and the ability to influence and improve quality at all levels of the stack. You will be hands-on in a team, not just creating and executing automation checks but also teaching and coaching the team about effective test techniques
What will you be doing?
You will be working within the test team overseeing the testing of delivered solutions in an Agile working environment. You will be involved with preparation, development and delivery of test strategies, plans, scenarios and cases.
- Some experience with automation testing (Specflow/Selenium)
- Scripting experience in C#
- API Testing skills (Postman/SoapUI)
- Strong SQL skills
- Experience working in an Agile environment
