Templeton and Partners are looking for a Deployment PMO Program Manager for one of our multinational clients in the Pharmaceutical industry on a 6-month contract with the potential to extend to be based in Ireland but remote working for the moment.
Accountabilities and role purpose
Support the deployment (planning & execution in time, budget and quality) of Evolve through regular status reporting, risk and issues management.
Support the Evolve Deployment Lead for the overall governance of the Evolve Deployment program
Monitor and control the execution of the Evolve deployment program through all the phases and Releases
Manage and coordinate: Sponsor meetings and other stakeholder groups
Provide program reporting, including overall performance and budget
Provide transparency into challenges, risks & issues and ensure that they are addressed by the relevant parties in a timely fashion
Proactively manage dependencies with other relevant initiatives, eg other P&O cultural change projects.
Actively collaborate with the Employee Experience, Change and Communications teams to deliver behavioural change
Support with Release Planning as required
Support Change lead in coordination of the Unit Engagement leads
