SAP S/4HANA Change Manager - Working from Home/Remote
My client, a market leader in their field requires a SAP S/4HANA Change Manager for the development and implementation of the S/4HANA programme Change Management Strategy.
Your Cv must evidence recent experience with the following:
- Develop and implement a Change Management Strategy with S/4HANA
- Conduct change impact assessments identifying key areas of change in all functions
- Initiate and perform ongoing dialogue with executives and functional directors on change impacts, and jointly explore options for resolving issues
- Analyse the organisation's change capability and commitment, identify transformational change journey risks and dependencies.
- Build change networks in countries and functions to act as an extension of the Change Management and Country Transformation teams - championing the change and supporting the successful implementation into local teams.
- Develop approach and content for communicating new business processes highlighting key changes for core function roles.
- Ensue delivery via BPEs and monitor effectiveness.
This is initially a 6 month contract with scope to extend way beyond this.
This contract is Inside IR35.
