Software Finance - SaaS - Business Partner
A Leading Software Consultancy Business are looking to hire a Finance Business Partner with specific experience of SaaS, FP & A and extensive commercial finance awareness
The role is an initial 6 - 9 month contract - based remotely but office is available if required (London
The role is paying between £400-£550 a day Inside IR35 (Umbrella only)
Years of experience required can vary from 2 to 10+ - more about specific exposure and knowledge around SaaS from a functional finance perspective

Looking for a bright, high calibre and well-rounded individual who holds technical financial software knowledge and exposure to Software as a Service (SaaS)
SIS & ADVISORY
- Monitor and analyze financial development in projects across market units, flag risks & opportunities
- Advise Customer Success management and Project managers concerning profitability, revenue leakages and risk development in projects
- Support Finance Directors in validating and reporting an accurate, complete and updated status of the business performance
- Monitor and follow-up adherence to commercial execution processes, proactively contribute with improvement suggestions
- Plan, support and advise in project reviews
- Participate in Customer Success management team meetings, provide insights and governance
- Handle ad-hoc requests by analysing data and providing concise reports and explanations
PLANNING
- Monitor adherence to processes and deadlines, coordinate efficient information flow between stakeholders, flag deviations
- Contribute to preparations for business reviews
- Proactively seek and suggest improvement areas.
- Facilitate and support during budget and audit processes
REPORTING
- Facilitate and implement monthly closing process for Consulting according to deadlines (project control, accruals, deviation analysis)
- Review and explain results during closing. Provide gap analysis of actuals vs forecast & budget
- Coordinate, quality-assure and report monthly forecast for Consulting including gap and trend analysis
- Perform and validate month end and forecast for Support and Premium Service, including gaps and trend analysis
- Perform and validate month end and forecast for Cloud, including gaps and trend analysis
