The Role:
In this role, you will primarily be responsible for creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns that are centered on demand generation in order to build a pipeline of sales-ready leads and qualified opportunities to achieve quarterly targets.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital & Campaigns, EMEA, this position will require the successful candidate to work closely with counterparts in the US-based global integrated campaigns team, product marketing teams, content writers and the client creative studio to define and execute integrated campaigns in region targeting our key audiences, managing the overall campaign strategy and overseeing execution across multiple channels including; paid social, programmatic display, PPL/media partnerships, email, web, PR and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage a portfolio of demand generation marketing channels
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams, input into global strategy and execute these initiatives regionally
- Be accountable to exceed quarterly EMEA lead, sales opportunities and pipeline targets
- Provide weekly programme results and quarterly forecasts to ensure goals are met
- Source and work with suitable media partners and external agencies in delivering campaigns.
- Work closely with the EMEA sales and business development teams to ensure the conversion of qualified leads into opportunities.
Accomplishments & Success Measures:
- Execute assigned EMEA integrated campaign programmes against set targets and timelines
- Execute activities within budget
- Become trusted advisor to the EMEA Sales and Business Development and Field Marketing Teams
- Establish credibility, professionalism and expertise within the organisation as a high performer within the EMEA marketing team.

Required Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 7+ years experience in field, demand gen or campaign marketing role Preferably in a high-tech B2B software organisation.
- A proven track record in marketing campaign management with knowledge and experience of best practices in B2B demand generation, marketing automation, lead conversion and lead nurturing
- Experience in executing digital marketing programmes including organic/paid social, email nurture, content syndication, and online advertising
- Detail-oriented, data-driven marketer with strong analytical capability to determine programme effectiveness, ROI and forecasting
- Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills to work within cross-functional teams and build rapport with stakeholders and customers
- Strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day to achieve Workfront's company goals
- Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail
- Positive and professional individual with a team-oriented attitude
- Self-motivated with ability to prioritise and manage competing demands in fast paced environment
Advantageous Skills:
- Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce and Tableau
- Previous experience in a high tech B2B SaaS organisation
