An opportunity has arisen for a Salesforce Consultant with strong Service Cloud exposure, to join our customer on a long term project. The successful consultant will support the continued integration of Service Cloud into our clients systems.
Job Duties:
- Web, email and post to case
- Complaints
- Telephony integration with 8x8
- Knowledge (internal and external) will hire Web Dev to support
- Live agent
- Chat bots
- Integration with Alteryx
- Integration with Qualtrics
