Security Cleared Infrastructure Engineer - Government - £500p/d
Government client urgently required a Security Cleared Infrastructure Engineer to provide technical support appropriate distributed system environments for Windows Server , Active Directory, MS Exchange, Citrix & VMware.
The Infrastructure Engineer will provide configuration management, inventory management, fault management, and trouble management support on already established Wintel Servers and desktop devices and will support periodic maintenance and upgrades of Wintel computer environments.
The ideal Infrastructure Engineer will have the following skills and Experience:
- SC clearance as a minimum
- Four or more years of related experience in Windows Server , Active Directory, Citrix, VMware experience
- Experience working with computer server hardware, operating systems, and specific applications within Wintel systems environments
- Experience working with systems management frameworks, protocols, and tools including SCCM
- Organisation skills to balance and prioritise work
- Communication skills to interact with Management, team members and support staff
- Skilled in integrating distributed computing hardware and software systems
- Ability to work in a team environment that will include providing on call support
- Willingness to travel - must have full driving licence
- May require occasional shift work
