Role-Data Migration Technical Consultant
- Very strong data migration expertise from Legacy system to new system after doing necessary analysis, cleaning and correction.
- In-depth understanding of Legacy system data, ETL processes (Legacy systems are inhouse financial applications, JDE and other ERP and/or custom systems).
- Experience in handling data preparation, validation to a detailed level and migration Knowledge required.
- Required to Understand, accessing Legacy systems data, validate and correct with the help of stakeholders.
- Should have sound technical knowledge to understand Extract, Transform & Load (ERP) to pull data, define format with assistance of IT experts and prepare for the Target format/environment.
- A background of informatica and oracle ETL bases tools.
- Multiple database exposure from the past project with data migration, data extraction, data validation and data loading.
- Should be able to work closely with Master Data, Subject Matter Experts and Business teams and stakeholders on various validation of data items.
- Ability to work independently but as part of a larger migration team at a global level Gap.
- Exposure to automation will be added advantage.
Location- UK/Remote
Role is Outside IR35.
