Job Title: IT Recruiter
Location: London, UK
Type: Contract role
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team. You would be hiring a high level technical specialists in Romania but you could also be involved in international projects. You will be working directly with the hiring managers, country and technology leaders and you with have an end-to-end responsibility for the hiring process. You would be a part of the experienced and supportive international team hiring in 24 countries across EMEA.
The Role:
- Qualifying vacancies within the business and working on them as a project securing end-to-end delivery from sourcing candidates to the offer release and onboarding
- Assuring an excellent hiring experience to our candidates
- Reporting and internal client management
- Working closely with the EMEA Talent Acquisition team based in the UK, Germany, France, Poland and India
- Working closely with the TA team and Hiring Managers to understand current and predicted demand. Agree a delivery plan against open vacancies
- 3rd parties' management (vendors)
- Promoting client as a brand, participating in professional and social media projects with a view to attract candidates and strengthen company messaging to the market
Attributes:
- A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience within either an agency or in-house background
- Good understanding of the IT market in the UK
- A proven strong track of delivery for IT roles
- Excellent sourcing skills across a variety of channels
- Proven ability to work independently and within the team
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of seniority
- Can-do, creative attitude with a project-like approach to work
- Strong networker with a good market knowledge
- A passion for delivery and a good candidate experience
