MHC are hiring a Lead Technical Consultant to join us on a PAYE Contract basis and work on a new project.
Overview:
Lead and drive all aspects of technical delivery within a feature team providing direction, design and solutions to ensure that the product vision is met.
Role:
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to the Product owner and Scrum Master within an Agile Feature Team
- Work within Enterprise and Solution architecture to define and deliver solutions inline with architectural direction and strategy
- Identify cost efficiencies, future proofed solutions and best practice, industry leading, technical direction
- Support the Product owner and Scrum Master in planning, daily stand up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning and demos
- Create and drive a strategic direction for software quality assurance within the development team that includes best practices in quality assurance frameworks and sourcing.
- Coach and mentor developers including lead developers providing experience and example to develop their skills.
- Using the insights from each sprint to strive towards increasing the velocity of the team.
