Reply are currently looking fora Solution Architect to work with an important Client in the Retail sector.
The right candidate will work with the client to improve the technical aftersales proposition for their customers.
Skills required:
- Experience of cross-domain analysis and design.
- Strong experience in agile methodology.
- Stakeholder management skills and ability to influence at peer and senior levels.
- Creative approach to solutionising.
- Ability to articulate complex ideas through the use of various modelling techniques (conceptual solutions architecture diagrams, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams, interface diagrams).
- Experience with CRM and workflow type solutions beneficial.
