User Researcher | Public Sector (GDS) | Outside IR35
We are looking to speak to experienced user researchers to work on key projects within the public sector.
The position is remote, (there may be occasional travel to London to attend meetings) and outside IR35.
Experience/skills requires Required:
- Security Clearance (SC)
- Experience working as a User Researcher on GDS public sector projects.
- Experience working across multiple phases of projects (Discovery through to Beta/Live)
- Experience of end-to-end research process, including planning, implementation and reporting of results as well as communication and ownership of research findings.
- The ability to capture, understand and manage user needs and insights gathered from research.
- The ability to produce documentation and materials required for research activities: discussion guides, schedules, consent forms, slide decks for workshops, activity sheets
- Ability to self-organise and work independently remotely.
- Strong understanding of GDS Methodologies
