Omni Channel PMO Analyst - OUTSIDE IR35
As part of the Omni-Channel Consumer Team, you will support companies commitment to offer its consumers a seamless Digital experience on their preferred channels, through the implementation of an integrated suite of Digital Engagement solutions. In your role, you will work closely with core team, extended Business Design team, Digital Governance team and IT Governance team to ensure initiatives are submitted, scheduled, tracked for on-time delivery and on-target budget (with timely reporting updates to relevant parties)
In the role you will get the opportunity to:
- Manage detailed scheduling, tracking and reporting of various stages of the Release cycles
- Ensure all pre-requisites are covered and completed from Digital/IT Governance processes
- Ensure Digital/IT Process changes are well tracked and articulated clearly to the core team
- Manage day to day communication with IT Project Manager (for service delivery) on any questions, issue clarifications, risks, resourcing, etc
Experience required:
- of digital and IT environment and related regulatory aspects
- a good understanding of Digital Business
- of successfully managing multiple teams in delivering complex technology implementations
- with Agile implementations (Scrum, Kanban
