We are recruiting for an Infrastructure 3rd line Engineer (Symantec/McAfee) to work on long term contract for a leading financial services group.
The role description is the conversion of Symantec DLP for Email & Web infrastructure to McAfee with the then support of McAfee products migrated along with Endpoint & CASB. To ensure availability of the existing service and the
ability to deliver related projects and future implementations. To maintain the environment and look to keep it at the forefront of technology.
To ensure 3rd Line support to end users & other technical colleagues. To liaise with 3rd Parties/Software Vendors when required. To be responsible for the DLP applications used. To produce the DLP KPIs & MI reporting. To ensure process documentation and process guides are kept up to date.
Essential: McAfee DLP products including CA SB. SQL databases. Exposure to Symantec DLP products. An understanding of the principals of Proxy Servers, Email Gateway technologies & endpoints. MS AD, LAN/WAN networks. Experience with DLP controls in Cloud services.
Desirable Skills: SharePoint administration. MVision Cloud MS Teams & M365 Apps Active Directory Exchange Online Microsoft 365 DLP technologies including Azure Information Protection
