Position: Cloud Automation Engineer - SC Cleared
We are looking for a Cloud Automation Engineer to work in Erskine (ideally) or Remote. You must hold active SC clearance (used within the last 12 months). We can only consider SC cleared candidates.
Key Deliverables/Accountabilities:
Implement cloud automation according to technical plan, cost and timeframe
o May also include architect tasks if required by project

Essential Skills:
1 Hands on VMware
2 Hands on tool, vRA, vRO, Ansible, Stackstorm development
3 Several years of ITO operational and/or engineering experience
Essential
Degree in computer science, information technology, information systems or electrical engineering or equivalent
At least three years' experience in an advanced support role or equivalent
Customer facing experience
Several years of ITO operational and/or engineering experience.
vRA, vRO, Ansible, Stackstorm development relevant experience.
Micro Focus Operations Orchestration development relevant experience.
Being able to author and deploy automated workflows.
XML knowledge.
Working knowledge of platforms (Wintel, Linux and Virtualization), networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS) and database environments.
Excellent understanding of ITSM/ITIL framework and processes.
Proficient knowledge of workflow tools.
Self-motivated individual, able to work independently, in coordination with a team.
Able to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to translate customer, business and functional requirements.
Excellent customer, telephone, oral and written communications skills.
Analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Desirable
Experience with one or more of the following: Java, Python, Windows.
PowerShell, Perl, Linux Shell, SQL Scripting, VBScript.
Active Directory.
Understanding of storage and backup technologies
Ansible, Stackstorm
