Our Client is urgently looking for a Recruitment Systems Analyst

Location: Home-based/various locations
Contract inside the scope of IR35

What I'll be doing - your accountabilities:

*Ensuring ongoing maintennance and management of in-life changes for ATS to support recruitment team priorities and cyclical activities
*System administration of eArcu, Safescreening, HireVue, HireRight and Cubiks
*Working collaboratively with Technology to manage changes for in-life activities and project related deployments (eg quarterly system updates)
*Management of key 3rd party vendor stakeholders sharing knowledge and ensuring issue resolution including co-ordination of testing activities to support the successful delivery issue fixes
*For quarterly system updates or change deployments: accountable for reviewing and approving test strategies and test plans, providing sign-off for business testing
*For quarterly system updates or change deployments: accountable for approving deployment plans, managing the business impacts of critical issues/risks and specifically providing go/no-go deployment decisions

Skills required for the job
Functional experience/skills
*Understanding of a recruitment function within a global corporate organisation
*Excellent stakeholder relationship management, organisational and time management skills
*Strong problem-solving and issue resolution skills. You research and recommend solutions to resolve routine problems. You escalate complex or unexpected issues as needed.

Technical experience/skills:

*Experience of supporting applicant tracking systems (ATS) (specifically Taleo Enterprise Edition) for professional and volume recruitment
*Adaptability to learn other ATS such as eArcu as this role is required to support multiple recruitment systems
*Experience of OBIEE to support ad-hoc reporting needs
*Knowledge of HTML coding
*Experience of super user responsibilities (message template maintenance, workflow configuration including pre-screening and disqualification questions)
*Management of 3rd party suppliers and associated system support (eg HireVue/Cubiks)
*Creation of test plans/scenarios, execution of UAT/ORT phase testing and operational readiness sign-off

Experience you would be expected to have:

*Mandatory - working experience of supporting Taleo Enterprise Edition and OBIEE in a large organisation - super user responsibilities (message template maintenance, workflow configuration including pre-screening and disqualification questions)
*Mandatory - experience of supporting both volume recruitment campaigns (Graduate/Apprentice) and professional recruitment
*Mandatory - working in a large-scale global organisation, with complex Matrix team working and diverse stakeholders
*Mandatory - experience of creating test plans/scenarios and execution of UAT/ORT testing, providing operational readiness sign-off
*Mandatory - adaptability to learn other ATS such as eArcu as this role requires support across multiple recruitment systems
*Mandatory - experience of HTML coding
*Mandatory - experience of managing screening platforms such as HireVue and Cubiks
*Mandatory - experience in managing 3rd party supplier relationships, taking ownership and driving issue resolution
*Desirable - knowledge of building ad-hoc reports/data extracts in systems such as Taleo and eArcu
*Desirable - experience in excel data manipulation such as vlookups and pivot tables
