T24 Delivery Manager - Retail Banking - Outside IR35
Our client, a Global Consultancy are looking for a Delivery Manager with a background in T24 to provide overall technical production support for a retail bank.
This is a 12 month contract, outside of IR35 working in Central London.
Key Experience:
Providing technical production support.
Identifying and fixing the defects of T24 core banking application.
Having Good Experience on Retail module such as Funds Transfer (Faster Payment, SEPA, SWIFT), Clearing, Standing Order, Direct Debit, MM, Arrangement architecture and FX
Maintain and enhance/improve the core banking systems.
Supporting the team on major incidents and resolving IT tickets within agreed timeframes
Working closely with support team, and with colleagues at all levels to deliver incredible results
Provide product and technical analysis of the defect clearly indicating the reason and resolution of the defect
Analyse & highlight the impact of the T24 deployment and promote the changes to production
Provide regular updates and feedback to the Project Manager in order to achieve project goals.
Support T24 COB (Close of Business) and work with COB team to resolve the T24 issues
Experience in DevOps process, Temenos framework, and Interface developments
Resolving conflicts and escalations from clients.
Generating Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports and presenting information to the management and clients
Leading and motivating team members and providing helpful feedback.
Consolidate the timesheets and raise an invoice to the client on a monthly basis
