the Bridge IT are currently recruiting for a contract engineer in test. To be based within the platform team of my client you will be working on a rolling 3 month contract, it is paying £475 per day to start ASAP inside IR35. Azure cloud, automtion devops environment experience would be a nice to have.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR THE CONTRACT:
- Design and implement automated tests using Appium and Winium
- Design and execute manual tests where automation is not approporiate
- Document and communicate test results
- Experience of managing test data
- Experience of JIRA and managing defects
- API Testing
- TDD and/or BDD
- Up to date knowledge on the latest test automation and load frameworks
GOOD TO HAVE
- SQL - Reading and querying database tables
- Splunk - Using this as a troubleshooting tool
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps/Bamboo
