Job Purpose and primary objectives:
Conversion of Symantec DLP for Email & Web infrastructure to McAfee with the then support of McAfee products migrated along with Endpoint & CASB. Ensuring availability of the existing service and the ability to deliver related projects and future implementations. To maintain the environment & look to keep it at the forefront of technology.
Key responsibilities (please specify if the position is an individual one or part of a team):
Ensure 3rd Line support to end users & other technical colleagues. Liaise with 3rd Parties/Software Vendors when required. A team player being responsible for the DLP applications used. Produce the DLP KPIs & MI reporting. Ensuring process documentation & process guides are kept up to date in accordance with Audit & SOX controls.
Key Skills/Knowledge:
Windows Server, A sound knowledge of McAfee DLP products including CASB, SQL databases. Exposure to Symantec DLP products. An understanding of the principals of Proxy Servers, Email Gateway technologies & endpoints.
MS AD, LAN/WAN networks. Experience with DLP controls in Cloud services
Experience required:
6 years & 4-5 years in McAfee
Duration of the Assignment: 6 months
