The role - React Developer
Location - Remote
The Client is one of the largest insurance brokerage and risk management organisations in the world. They provide award-winning employee benefit consultancy services to employers throughout the UK and around the world, designing modern and compelling benefit programmes to help them achieve their strategic business objectives.
Purpose of the role
To effectively contribute the in the development of commercially viable digital solutions, enabling the strong sustainable growth. Develop and maintain business relationships with clients to promote technical innovation and excellence
Key responsibilities
- To support in the delivery of project-based work including timescale and budget awareness
- To be able to actively contribute in technical meetings, internally and externally
- To assist in the delivery of technical responses in order to win new business (written and face to face)
- To support in the design and development of innovative, market leading products and solutions
- To be able to contribute in all aspects of digital service delivery and support other roles and teams where there is a project need or skills gap
- As required, perform the role of any lower role in the team in order to ensure project success
- Maintain and form client relationships to enable effective delivery of project work
- Respond to client issues and requirements and escalate to the project manager to ensure these are addressed as required
- To attend suggested relevant courses and take advantage of other L&D opportunities that arise
- To be able to provide reasoned estimates of time and resource to aid work planning
