Global client needs an experienced Teams & phone systems engineer for an initial 3 month contract.
Role: MS Teams & Phone Systems Engineer
Location: Remote from UK
Rate: Negotiable
Requirements:
1. 5 years of total experience
2. Day to day administration, support of the MS Teams Online Infrastructure
3. Should be ready to work in a fast paced challenging work environment.
4. Excellent communication and verbal skills
5. Must be open for 24*7 operations.
6. Should be a quick learner in grasping new Messaging related technologies.
7. Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with leads and peers. Co-ordinate with required higher level technical teams during cases of Top priority issues being worked upon.
8 Providing all the required reports and data to the to SME's
9. Assisting and completing all the tasks provided by IT service owner
